We have established a long-term partnership with MeDeRA, within which we provide business IT services – primarily IT support, but also configuration and consulting in the Microsoft 365 Business environment. The scope of our collaboration also included developing the company’s branding and communication.

Client

MeDeRA provides consultancy in the field of medical devices, focusing on quality management systems and regulatory requirements. The company ensures that manufacturers, importers, distributors, and authorized representatives meet legislative obligations and have their processes set up correctly.

Business IT Services

For MeDeRA, we provide ongoing business IT services – primarily user support and the resolution of IT-related requests. We also offer consulting, configure services, and continuously address issues within the Microsoft 365 Business environment to ensure the entire ecosystem runs reliably and is fully tailored to MeDeRA’s specific needs.

In MS SharePoint, based on precise requirements, we implemented interconnected Microsoft Lists that support key processes and ensure compliance with strict regulatory demands for documentation management. The lists are linked to document libraries and include automations that reduce the need for manual intervention, rules that maintain data quality and consistency, as well as specific access-permission controls.

Branding and Communication Development

Beyond IT, we also focused on branding and basic communication setup. MeDeRA already had a defined visual identity (logo, colors, fonts, etc.) — our task was to bring that identity into everyday company documents and social media presence.

Our solution was built on four pillars:

  1. Creating templates for Word and PowerPoint – prepared for common scenarios with unified typography and color schemes to ensure consistent output.
  2. Designing social media banners and basic setup – visuals for company and employee profiles (primarily LinkedIn) and fine-tuning the company account to align with MeDeRA’s external presentation.
  3. Designing templates for social media posts – simple formats for common post types that the team can use independently, without external assistance.
  4. Training – two sessions focused on setting up employee LinkedIn profiles and working with templates in Word, PowerPoint, and social media post designs.

This part of the collaboration has been completed and handed over for independent use. In the area of business IT, our cooperation with MeDeRA continues.
